The deadline for PAW Printers is fast approaching!  This Wednesday, January 24th stories and the “About the Author” are due.  Make sure you get your child’s story submitted for participation.  In the spring there is a PAW Printers event where family and friends are invited to hear the children read their personally published stories in class.  This is very rewarding for the children. The deadline is near for the 2017/2018 PAW Printers Program! Each child in grades 1-5 is eligible to participate in PAW Printers for the opportunity to become a published writer! The PAW Printers Program is a PTA program where your child writes an original story and a committee of volunteers prepares a book with your child’s story that will later be illustrated by the child and presented to his/her teacher, peers, and parents during a PAW Printers’ Event in the spring.Read More →

The Labels for Education program has come to an end. Thank you for all of your support over the years! this program has helped PTA to stock recess equipment and purchase other materials needed for PTA events.   Box Tops for Education continues to be a way to support our students at CES. Please continue to send in your Box Tops. There is a container in the front lobby for them. Proceeds from this program go right to funding programs such as Accelerated Reader and Math Facts in a Flash.Read More →
